Fitagochi is a virtual pet app that encourages healthy habits by connecting to your fitness data. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

Health Data (Apple HealthKit)

The App reads the following data from Apple HealthKit:

• Step count
• Active energy burned (calories)
• Sleep analysis

This data is used solely to update your in-app pet's stats. It is never shared with third parties, never used for advertising, and never uploaded to our servers.

Data You Enter

• Pet name
• Food entries (meal names, estimated calories)
• Water intake logs

iCloud (CloudKit Key-Value Store)

Your pet's stats and food entries may be synced across your own devices via iCloud Key-Value Store. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is not accessible to us.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
• We do not use analytics SDKs or crash reporting services
• We do not run ads
• We do not sell your data

4. Local Storage

All data is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We have no access to it.

5. HealthKit Data Usage

As required by Apple:

• HealthKit data is used only to provide app functionality (updating your pet's stats)
• HealthKit data is not used for advertising or marketing
• HealthKit data is not shared with third parties

6. Children's Privacy

This App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will change the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
